Offer to inspect refrigeration equipment

Please check our offer for inspection and calibration of measuring equipment used in refrigeration – refrigerant detectors, leak detectors, thermometers, multimeters and refrigeration scales.

Why should an inspection be performed?

Measuring devices should be inspected to verify their correct operation. For some equipment, this is a legally regulated requirement, such as for leak detectors, where According to the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of December 7, 2017 on the minimum technical equipment, procedures and system of documenting activities when carrying out activities involving the installation, maintenance or servicing, repair or decommissioning of equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases, leak detectors should be checked once a year.

What services do we offer?

kalibracja multimetrów, wzorcowanie multimetrów
CALIBRATION OF MULTIMETERS FOR ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENTS

We perform non-accredited calibration of multimeters to measure the electrical parameters of refrigeration systems. Normally we perform calibration in 5 measuring points for each value (current, voltage, power), and the calibration results are presented on the Certificate together with the errors.

Calibration is performed on a standard calibrator.

We perform periodic inspections of leak detectors.

In connection with the current Ordinance of the Minister of Development and Finance of 7 December 2017 on the minimum technical equipment, procedures and system of documenting activities when carrying out activities involving the installation, maintenance or servicing, repair or liquidation of equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases, each electronic leak detector should be checked every 12 months and meet the sensitivity requirement of 5 g/year. This means that the device will detect a leak that has leaked a minimum of 5 grams of refrigerant per year.

The checks are performed on a 5 g/year leakage pattern. After testing, a certificate is issued confirming that the minimum sensitivity of 5 g/year has been met. (If the detector does not have the appropriate sensitivity, a certificate is issued stating that the instrument does not meet the appropriate sensitivity).

We perform checking of analog and digital thermometers. As a standard we perform checking in 3 measuring points and the results are presented on the Certificate together with the errors.

Checks are performed on the basis of a calibrated thermometer in a chamber within the range of -30…+60°C (other temperature ranges upon prior agreement).

We perform calibration of analogue and digital refrigeration pressure gauges. As a standard we perform calibration in 5 measuring points and the calibration results are presented on the Certificate together with the errors.

Calibration is performed on a standard load-piston manometer in the range 0…60 bar.

We perform non-accredited validation of refrigerated scales
