Testing of military vehicles and equipment – general information
The COCH Refrigeration Equipment Laboratory specializes in temperature and endurance testing of various objects for corporate use. In 2022, we extended accreditation to test military machinery and equipment under extreme climatic conditions.
The tests are carried out in a thermoclimatic chamber. It can be tested in it under various climatic (from -35°C to +70°C) and environmental conditions (up to 98% RH) objects, such as: cars and vehicles, mobile machinery, lifting and transport equipment, engineering objects and equipment, tanks, special vehicles and cars including those for military, police and rescue applications, i.e.: wheeled, tracked, as well as rail vehicles, other products for military applications, such as containers, mobile command posts, etc.
Tests of military equipment and vehicles performed at COCH are covered by the accreditation of the Polish system of testing laboratories (accreditation of the Polish Center for Accreditation No. AB 308), and a license to use the ILAC MRA international mark, with mutual recognition of test reports issued by accredited laboratories around the world.
The COCH Refrigeration Equipment Laboratory has a climate test chamber with available test space:
Length 23 m
Width 4 m
Height 4.6 m
Inside it, objects can be tested under a variety of climatic (-35°C to +70°C) and environmental (up to 98% RH) conditions.
