What is the shipping address for the equipment?

Please send equipment to:

What is the turnaround time?

We require a maximum of 48 hours to complete an inspection of your shipped equipment. Please note that this time does not include the logistics of the shipment. The delivery time is also strongly influenced by the correct preparation of the device for the inspection.

How should the device be prepared for inspection?

Power supply – ensure that the detector you are shipping has a charged battery (if the unit is shipped with a dead battery, replacement batteries will be added to your invoice).

Additional Accessories – For battery powered devices, please ship with a dedicated power adapter. We do not need any other accessories.

User manual – if you have the manual for the device, please include it in the package.

Order form – please sign the order form received via e-mail and enclose it to the package with the device

Protection of the parcel – secure the parcel properly. We recommend shipping in the original suitcase, additionally secured with bubble wrap and a cardboard box.

Can the detector or other equipment be repaired at COCH ?

Unfortunately, we do not service the equipment, we only do inspection.

What happens if the detector does not pass inspection?

In this case, we always contact the customer and agree on an individual solution to the problem.

What are the payment terms for services at COCH?

Prepayment based on the proforma invoice sent after the order is submitted. The final invoice is sent with the device and certificate.

Is there an option for personal delivery/pick-up of equipment?

Yes.

Is it possible to use your own courier company?

Yes, of course. Please feel free to include this in the order notes.
